My stay at Bhanwar Singh Palace Jaipur was nothing short of magical! From the moment I stepped into the grand foyer, I was transported to a world of luxury and elegance. The architecture is breathtaking, with intricate details that showcase the rich heritage of Rajasthan. The staff were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was perfect. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the modern amenities one could ask for. I particularly enjoyed spending time in the lush gardens, surrounded by the serene beauty of nature. The dining experience at Bhanwar Singh Palace was equally impressive. The restaurants offer a wide range of culinary delights, from traditional Rajasthani cuisine to international favorites, all prepared with the freshest ingredients and exquisite attention to detail. The best wedding resort in Jaipur for people who want 150 rooms and Outside Catering. Excellent service, ambiance and best for people who want outside catering. Full flexibility in event and prompt and welcoming staff members to help you 24 hrs. Best to have a Royal wedding in 50% cost as Delhi road same size hotels.

Went to attend a wedding in the central lawn. It is quite far away from central Jaipur. On the Ajmer highway which is in a poor condition due to diversions it takes an hour to reach. Additional cost of toll on both directions. Parking was valet. A long walk into the venue. Many steps and no clearly visible ramps for the handicapped and senior citizens. The lawns divided into four portions. Can easily accommodate 750 people.

This hotel used as a destination wedding but they don't have full length mirror in any of the hotel rooms, how ladies can get ready? Room service was poor, every day we had to call for replacement of towels, no cleanliness in room or passage. Staff is not cooperative unless u go through them via event manager.

Good place to stay. The location is good. Service is good. The only thing is palace is a little bit far from Jaipur City so whenever you visit Jaipur City need to add a buffer time of travel. Needs an improvement in Food. Limited items in buffet breakfast, taste and quality are not up to mark as per the place.

Overall hotel is beautiful but lot of issues I faced while our stay there. In the garden the were food waste and spoons lying down. In bathroom it was smelling so bad that we had to ask for room freshner. The slope in bathroom is so bad, that water gets store in bathroom while you take bath and you feel as if you are taking bath in pond. I highlighted all these issues and I was assured by EOD I will receive call from responsible person and will provide some discount as it's not worth paying such a high amount for such poor services. But it's more than 2 days now but I didn't receive any call which shows seriousness of hotel management towards customer complaints.
